  • Brent crude oil: You can trade Brent Crude Monday 07:00 to Saturday 03:45. There is a break each day from 04:00 - 07:00. (Wintertime: Delayed by 1 hour)
  • WTI crude oil: You can trade Crude oil Monday 05:00 to Saturday 03:45. There is a one-hour break each day at 04:00. (Wintertime: Delayed by 1 hour)

Oil markets typically exhibit greatest liquidity between the hours of 20:00 and 01:30 (next day) (Wintertime: Delayed by 1 hour). That's because during this time the New York Mercantile Exchange, one of the world's largest commodities exchanges, is open.
